  1. Happy New Year Ten Pencers ! Great episode as always, best Mysterious Japanese Lady intro yet.
Not sure what I think about Xmultiply yet, at the moment it just makes me want to play R-Type.
Listening to Vic telling people how to play their Retro games made me think of Abe Simpson yelling at a Cloud, but I agree you can’t beat that CRT glow. I’m sure Vic knows his onions but when talking about Composite and SCART it’s worth mentioning that Composite is just the type of Analogue video signal, and SCART is just the connector. When using Composite cables whether its composite to composite (Phono plugs) Composite to SCART or SCART to SCART the signal level and impedance are all the same and will produce a better than RF but average image. To really make those consoles sing a fully wired RGB Cable plugged into an RGB SCART socket (Mostly socket 1 on old CRTs) will do the job nicely. I could waffle on about Sync on Luma , CSYNC and JP21 but I’ll stop there. Each to their own , I was happy playing my Speccy 48k on a black and white TV with RF !

Keep up the great work , hoping to shoot many more Aliens in the face in 2020.
